Subash holds a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Mahidol University, Thailand, and brings over 13 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) across development projects. At the MCA Nepal project, he leads MEL efforts aimed at strengthening electricity-use capacity building, ensuring rigorous performance monitoring, quality assurance, and results harvesting. He has led MEL components in four of the six projects he has worked on, giving him extensive experience in designing and implementing MEL systems, generating actionable insights from data, and integrating learning to inform program planning and decision-making. Subash is passionate about using innovative and adaptive approaches to enhance learning and improve development outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys playing futsal, traveling, and hiking.
