Gunananda Jha currently working as a Capacity Building Specialist for MCA project is a Civil Engineer with an MSc. in Construction Management, bringing over three decades of experience in the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. He has held prominent positions, including Principal of Balaju School of Engineering and Technology, Seti Technical School of CTEVT, and Deputy Director of the National Skill Testing Board (NSTB). Additionally, he has served as Province Director of Sudur Paschim Pradesh and Engineering Coordinator for the Polytechnic Division. He has a strong track record in establishing and constructing new polytechnic institutions under CTEVT as a construction manager and procurement specialist. His expertise spans Technical Education, Skill Training/Testing, Curriculum/Skill Standard development, and institutional management. He has also contributed to various AE consultants and construction companies in Nepal.
