Along with the baseline survey, survey on willigness to pay for the waste collection fee is also being conducted. The proposed approach for solid waste management in Ilam Municipality requires households to pay regular fees for waste collection services and dustbins. Project staff will collect data from a sample of households using questionnaires. Survey results will provide crucial information on willingness and ability to pay.
