Roshan Bikram Shah, Provincial Coordinator/Karnali Province has 18 years of experience in the planning, budgeting, capacity development, technical assessment, monitoring and evaluation of Renewable Energy sector. He graduated from Tribhuvan University in Nepal with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Sociology, Business Studies, and Public Administration. He worked with SNV, GIZ, the Finnish government, the European Union, the UNDP, and The World Bank to assist numerous programmes, including REDP, RVWRMP, RERA, and REBFF, prior to joining NREP at Winrock International. He has proven experience of working with the government, bilateral and multilateral development partners, NGOs, and private sector.
