Nisha Jaishwal, Senior Programme Officer is a Mechanical Engineer with Master’s in Rural Development. She has more than 12 years of experience in renewable energy, climate change and adaptation, project planning, and engineering. She has worked in renewable energy projects specially bioenergy, including the aspects of GESI mainstreaming, communications and knowledge management. Ms. Jaiswal has conducted research on electric cooking, household air pollution, improved cookstoves, briquetting and gasification, biogas, and waste-to-energy systems. She has experience of working with different organizations like AEPC, RETS, GIZ, the World Bank, CRT/N and Local Government.
