Birendra Bahadur Chand working as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist for the MCA project. He holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics, along with a Master’s degree in Rural Development. With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Chand has been involved in planning, budgeting, capacity development, technical assessment, and monitoring and evaluation across a wide range of projects in Nepal. His expertise includes Good Governance, Capacity Development, Rural Development, Poverty Alleviation, Market-Oriented Skill Development, Employment Creation, Micro-Enterprise Development, Food Security, Livelihood, Peace Building, Earthquake Response, Climate Change Adaptation, and Disaster Risk Reduction. He has a strong track record of working with all levels of government, bilateral and multilateral development partners, INGOs, and the private sector.
