Technical training on solar water pumping system

The main objectives of the training is to impart technical skills to technicians and managers of solar PV vendors as well as related organization on Photovoltaic Water Pumping (PVWP) systems for drinking, irrigation, livestock watering and multiple use of water. The training will include information on PVWP system provisioned in Renewable Energy Policy 2016, PVWP system designing, selection of appropriate components of PVWP systems, characteristic of pump and properties of various pump at different head and flow. The PVWP system suppliers will describe and demonstrate their products. In addition to that, the training will include comparative advantages of solar pump and fuel based engine specially diesel engine pump.
